Definitly a fun episode to listen too. Again it seems to go by so fast that its hard to believe its an hour (and thats a very good thing).

Im a fan of Wouter's sense of humor so I had worried that without him in the podcast it wouldnt be as funny but Dan had quite a few good one liners (as compared to most of his one liners which leave everyone groaning ).

      Keep them coming!

A very good episode. The guest cohosts where very good and like Murg said Dan was pretty good (thought it hurts me on the inside to say that )

Macki was, as always, just brilliant.

Modern man calls walking more quickly in the same direction down the same road “change.”
The world, in the last three hundred years, has not changed except in that sense.
The simple suggestion of a true change scandalizes and terrifies modern man. -Nicolás Gómez Dávila

This episode was good. I generally agree with most everything said in the Research Lab and Senate. Wouter's humor is amusing, and I think Macki makes the show friendly and entertaining. There is still too much giggling and laughing, but the length and subject of the show are just right. I look forward to each episode.
I keep a record of all my civ games here.

Wouter hasn't been a regular on PC since the start of the current season and isn't a guest on this episode either. Do you indeed mean Wouter when he was on the show or another of the current regular co-hosts?

I doubt you'll hear much reduction in the giggling and laughing in the episodes to come, but glad you're enjoying the show overall nevertheless.

The length reduction of episodes from what we offered in the first season was based on majority listener feedback that we received. We weren't certain how it would play out practically speaking when we made this format change but nearing a half-year in agree it's been beneficial.

Thanks for noticing me at all. :-)

I have no idea who I was thinking of now. Probably Imran, but he isn't listed as being in this episode so I do not know what I was thinking. Everybody does a pretty good job.

Thanks for doing these, they are fun to listen to.

Yes, Imran was absent from the recording of this episode (and unexpectedly so).

On behalf of the team, thank you kindly.

You're welcome -- they are fun to make. For me at times the editing can get a bit , but worth the effort.

Thank you for being among those who listen in the first place , and thank you also for providing feedback. We welcome both always and when we receive the latter we aim to respond in as timely and constructive a fashion as possible.
