Assuming the fuel trade system is ever completed, I don't think the events/quests system would be the best place to start to accomplish this. Better to script it directly instead of piggybacking on random events.

This was a good episode, too -- best wishes to Snafusmith, and hopes that he returns safely and gets back to modding soon!

It was a great episode. I loved hearing from the modders and how they got into modding and what works for them. For me, the best part was the specifc information about their mods, what they do differently than Civ4 and why.

One minor mistake, I think Impaler mentioned that Grey Fox is a new modder. Grey Fox has been around forever and has created a lot of mod enchancements.

        Thanks!

Ahh yes. I knew that Gray Fox wasnt exactly newb, but i hadn't seen many submissions out of him lately. I guess we just assumed he was new to modding. Sorry Grey Fox!

        come onto the show!

If you meant Grey Fox I think he would be an awesome guest. He has also been working on a Broader Alignment mod (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=270553) and the most interesting one to me, the Commanding Officers mod (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=270266).

              The message has been sent.

seZereth is also an excellent choice as would be Woodelf, Ploeperpengle, TAFirehawk and of course Rhye and Dale.

I'd even love to see an interview with Sevo if he can be tracked down. I know he isn't around much anymore, but it would be cool to hear about what he was going for with his mod, how he started and what he learned from the process (seeing as how he actually completed his mod, something thats difficult to do).

Very cool. He will be awesome, and he definitly deserves it. There aren't many major mods he hasn't contributed to in some fashion (not to mention his work on BtS itself).
