You obviously haven't visited the SL forum We have an active core of regular contributors together with a steady trickle of newbies; I would guess we probably have one of the highest post-counts at Apolyton. We're also the forum for a hosted site, so it makes no sense to merge the SL with civ2 general.

The proposal to include civ2 PBEM's as a sub-forum makes more sense - the scenarios used in these games are largely made by SL contributors. It'd probably be good to get the view of some active PBEM-ers though like Eivind.

BTW, if anyone does plan to restructure civ2 and the SL forums, can you make sure there's a current back-up. Remember what happened last time somebody f-ed about with them

If yes, then you should know that some dg teams may have wished to avoid their forums ever becoming public.

I am on at least one team where there could be problems if the forum is ever open to general browsing.

Sorry, -Jrabbit, but on the Scenario League your definitely aren't a frequent contributor! (but you should come more often, though )

What about moving them to be subfora of other games? It would be pretty sad to lose at least a couple of the fora, but on the other hand, it has been along time, so maybe one or two teams would reconsider opening their fora...
