    snoopy369 Promoted to Technical Assistant

    Over the summer, Apolyton Civilization Site (ACS) staff member Joe "snoopy369" Matise became a member of the site's Senior Staff as a result of work that he had been doing behind the scenes. He continues to do so, and today his ongoing efforts are being formally recognized with his promotion to Technical Assistant.

    Matise takes over the position from "Solver" who has become a Co-Administrator.
