Anyone else having this problem? I've replied to threads in OT & Sports today, but when I reply to the Civ4 General/Help/Strategy forum, I get something like this:

FWIW, while I was at work, I did finally manage to post in "BTS Bugs", but not "Resident of Apostolic Palace" until I got home.

Hmmm... I believe this to be the result of a busy server at the particular moment you submitted your request. It should go away within a few minutes, and certainly within an hour; if and when not, that's a reasonable sign it's something we have to look into manually.
