The Altera Centauri collection has been brought up to date by Darsnan. It comprises every decent scenario he's been able to find anywhere on the web, going back over 20 years.

It's kind of vanilla, and I'm not a big fan of the green-and-goldenrod color scheme. But it's certainly better organized and easier to read than disorganized pile of competing links at this site's front door. It's been improved, but still pretty messy.
Pet peeves:
The PolyCon06 link on the homepage makes it look like the site is never updated. Having separate links on the same line separated by a slash makes those links look related, whereas in most cases, they're not. I understand and approve of the desire to have everything appear in a single screen space, but dudes, concepts like information architecture and dropdown menus have been pretty well benchmarked by now...
There's even a typo! Bottom center, under Hosted Sites:

As for the site itself, you'll have to build that on your own, which if you use WordPress like we did shouldn't take more than an hour (if that) -- except for importing the news items that is, but those are copyrighted and owned by either us or CFC. The CivJunction logo is owned by Sirotnikov, you'd have to ask him if you're allowed to reuse that.
