I've already vowed for democracy in Apolyton in at least one thread here, but my manifests were met with quick responce of the regime, they were closed down

The purpose of this thread eludes me...

I thought this was a gaming site where people meet and discuss turn based strategy games.

        Have I been misinformed?

Is this now a country, and am I ruled by an autocracy??? In that case, I demand democracy now. If that is not the case, then please continue as you were.

Yes. While gaming is an important aspect of Apolyton, this website has evolved far beyond merely being a gaming webstie. It has become a social hub for a great many people, and subjects discussed on the website are diverse.
We have developed our own culture and tradition, and it is only befitting of a people as great as ours to begin acting with the pride that we already take in ourselves.

I think he's referring to Hangman, Nuclear War, Fantasy Hockey and similar spam forum games. I can't figure for the love of god what other games Apolyton would cover.

                  Hmmmm...

#1 may be good in theory, but not so good in practice in a board as large as Apolyton's. Still, there are elements from it that are reflected in day-to-day operations, i.e. suggestions made by members of this community on its operation are taken into consideration by the administration where some are accepted and others not.

                  As for #2:

By allowing forums to elect their own moderators (in addition to moderators appointed by the administration), order and greatness results.
To borrow an expression, sounds like "too many cooks in the kitchen" in my view. While there is no formal election process, a major consideration in the appointment of moderators has been and continues to be community input.

Absolutely no problem if you get rid of the old ones.
