Incorporate UTC / local clock in MP forum threads

Would it be possible to incorporate a clock in (at least) the MP forums to make it easier to schedule MP games?

we have the "apolyton time" show in all forums pages

but it does not help hopeless cases like me

a. apolyton time is nothing
b. that time isn't on a prominent place on the page and thus not helpful
c. thought that your 'we' should be a 'they' now
