  • PolyCast Episode 07: "The Lucky One"

The seventh episode of Apolyton Civilization Site`s (ACS) official podcast is now available for listening on-demand. Known segments "News", "Modcast" and "Senate" are joined by "Vault" and "Research Lab" in "The Lucky One". Co-hosted by Daniel "DanQ" Quick, Makahlua and guest Anthony "Dauphin" Christmas, total runtime is 56m07s (26.3MB).

PolyCast is a bi-weekly, roughly one-hour production in an effort to give the Civilization community now an interactive voice. Contributing greatly to the show`s interactive capability are means to call-in via Skype, telephone and email the co-hosts your questions or comments about Civ the game, community, or the show and Apolyton itself.

ACS is the first and to date only known Civ fansite to produce its own podcast.

Nice one again but it was a bit shorter then normal and the mod cast part, wan't realy a mod now was it. Theirs a mod hosted at CFC that actualy dose turn developing Barb states into real empires, and their are some mods for Nuclear warfare that try to simulate MAD (all nukes fire automaticly in response to nuke attacks). Try to mention mods like that when your debating the topic.
Companions the creator seeks, not corpses, not herds and believers. Fellow creators, the creator seeks - those who write new values on new tablets. Companions the creator seeks, and fellow harvesters; for everything about him is ripe for the harvest. - Thus spoke Zarathustra, Fredrick Nietzsche

        Thanks.

The length of this episode is to be the "new norm": I have revised the PolyCast homepage a fair bit both in terms of layout and content. Part of that content notes the time difference.

Had we known about that MOD, we would have mentioned it. Thanks for the tip -- if you would Skype or phone it in as well, that would be even better.
