Do We Need a Texas Smiley?
So I was making a post about Texas and it occurred to me that I really couldn't get my point across without a rootin' tootin' dual pistol shootin' Texas smiley. We have a hippie smiley. Why not a Texan?

Don't think so. I think in order to get a new smiley, one needs to demonstrate a wide appeal of said smiley.
From your post, I would say it wouldn't have such appeal. However, maybe if you post an example of the smiley you have in mind, it might be easier to say.
