An administrative proposal: how about making the HoF elections (if DarkCloud can handle it) happen at regular intervals? Last year, the elections were in June, August and December. This year it's June, October and, I presume, December. It can be seen that the HoF elections are held irregularly 3-4 times a year.

I feel it would be best if there were roughly fixed times for elections. Like: a spring election (March), a summer election (June), an autumn election (September) and a winter election (December), every year.

Did you think there is nothing behind the irregularities? Did you really think DC never attempts having fixed times? The greatest single reason of irregular intervals is precisely the fact DC can't handle fixed times because of his RL obligations. He didn't even believe that this years autumn election would happen at all, so the election mathematics were altered a bit -> June elections induced four members and this election will induce only two members.
