Well, for those PBEMs that don't take forever, you may be able to get them finished in under a year even . Others go on for many years. The Eagles at War PBEM has moved, I believe, some 50 turns in the last 3 years ?

In addition to our esteemed speaker from experience a lot has to do with committment level and amount of players.

I do remember years ago this one Mod over on CTP starting a game with me then he simply quit playing..now..what was his name..a mystery man i believe, quite possibly, I may nver solve who it is or was

I have CIV3, +conquests.... CIV4 +warlords.

CTP1/2 dont work on my PC anymore... and I never really got into the second one.

I'd probably mostly be interested in CIV4 with Warlords Game.

Civ4 is better that way due to PitBoss, BTW. It should provide for a more streamlined experience.
