The .com top level domain is the most valuable extension because of it's long history. It has also been advertised in every form so when people think of a domain name, they instantly add .com to the end of it when typing it in. This TLD alone makes your domain name valuable.
First, "it's" = it is. This is starting clue we're dealing with a bunch of jokers. ".com" ".net" ".edu" on and on. I don't think .com is the only thing people think of even if it's the most popular. O.K., so maybe .com should be valued a little more highly, but it gets worse.
As any good domain should, this name does not contain numbers, hyphens, or unicode characters. This is a desirable effect and may not increase the value of your domain name, but it definitly won't decrease it.
What? Idiots.
Your domain name contains the Dictionary.com entry google. Names of this nature are highly sought after because they are what people remember the easiest. On the same token, there are many obscure words in the English language that may not be easy to remember. The dictionary value is only a general rule of thumb.
Oh, so because the word is in the dictionary, the site is worth more? Beacause it's easy to remember the word? Schadenfreude is in the dictionary, too. Easy, right? So the "on the same token" (which should be "by the same token") means this whole argument is crap. IDIOTS!
A 6 character domain name does not get value from being short as much as say a 3 character name. At this point, the value lies in word play. If it contains dictionary words that work well together or as a single, then your value greatly increases.
Nut jobs. Die.

What, now it's a crime to write anything but perfect English? Maybe the site is made by people from Taiwan. It doesn't matter. It's a cool effort. Whether it's accurate to the cent is irrelevant.
Perhaps, but all they have done is to set up a few parameters like name length, search results from various search engines and other concocted "scores", thereby giving each adress a total score which they then give a "value".
All is bogus and arbitrary and doesn´t really tell anyone anything...
