Elizabeth Missing from Avatars

The Civ 4 Avatar of Elizabeth seems to be missing from the list of available um avatars.

Was this worth starting a thread over, hardly. But the one user who might want to use the Liz avatar will thank me later.

Also what is with the lack of Banana avatars?
