What is the background colour for avatar icons?

I don't like the white ground on my character avatar. What colour do I replace it with so it always adopts to the forum colour?

No one color would work. If I understand what you are after, you want the background of your avatar to match whatever color that is the background of the forum?

It needs a mask to make the background around the black lettering transparent. It only took me a min to do as I have the tools. I think this did it:
