If youre USA, you can build Young Peoples Socialist League, but it has no effect. Though years later it may spontaneously create the dreaded EEVil neocons. OTOH its easier to just build Young Republicans. (after researching the crew cut tech)

Israelis can build everything from HashomerHatzion, who can turn into Komsomol in certain instances, to Betarniks, who can do interesting things if you go fundie.
