Avatars Missing!

I noticed that the following leaders do not have avatars made of them for people with less than 500 posts:
Hatshepsut
Elizabeth
Napoleon
Bismarck
Peter
I consider it a great injustice that new players of Civ 4 cannot proudly wear the banners of their leaders, if they choose to play as any of these.

In the meantime, I've made myself a custom Bismarck Avatar. :b

Unit avatars are missing too.

I miss having Civ4 Pikemen avatar (since I previously use Civ3 Pikemen).
