Wasn't this composed out of Gamespot screenshots by someone at CFC? You can still see parts of the Gamespot logo on the bottom of the tree in some places...

They have the entire civ3 civilopedia. I wouldnt think they could publish that without Firaxis' OK.

I saw this site on the Civ4 website. It is linked along with CFC and Apolyton though both of those sites have threads linked while planetcivilization does not.
