The link is not working, survey.burstmedia.com doesn't seem to exist.

(the link is at the bottom of each forum page, right below the "Contact Us, Support Us, Give all your money to Us,...")

Looks like this is a temporary problem: survey.burstmedia.com still exists (but is presently unreachable), and burstmedia.com itself is still active as of this writing.

If you note 24hrs. or more from now that this problem is still persisting, please folllow-up.
