FIX: PM Alert recognizes PLUS status

The top-of-forum-pages PM "link/new" pm Alert was not using the PLUS quota numbers (300 instead of 150) and was giving false alarms for "full Inbox"

This is now fixed. The exact number of pm you have stored and your quota is also shown

While it shows the information, it is incorrect.

I am posting two screenshots, one of the top of the screen (PM Indicator) which shows the number only of messages in the "InBox". The other number (from the bottom of the main forum page) shows the total number of PM's (InBox and Sent messages).

I know that I and others have pointed this out before, so I assume either that you can't fix it or don't want to (either of which is fine by me). Acknowledgement of the problem would be appreciated.
