Problems with Pictures?

Anyone else having problems with the IMG tag? DinoDoc posted something the other day, and the pic didn't show. Now I just posted something, and it didn't show for me either.

Can anyone see this pic: ?

It probably has to do with where you are stealing your images from.

A test:
