A place for pictures from Apolyton Meets

I thought it would be a great idea if we had some place on this site for pictures from Apolyton meets that are set up... It would be great for others to share in the fun

Right now, they get posted in the meet thread, and then disappear... or get posted in the picture thread. Wouldn't it be great if there was a single place for them?

I think that's what the Photo category of the Directorywas originally created for (and the Picture Thread for that matter). Didn't really work out that way, which is a pity. I agree that it would still be a great idea.

Maybe it can be combined with a calendar function to plan and track future meets as well.

Dunno, I have a very, very full schedule ATM. But I'm keeping an eye on the thread, will let you guys know when I know if I can make it.

actually the better thing to do would be to have an "apolyton meetings" category in the about section. it could contain an archive of past meetings and a schedule for upcoming events

for this to succeed we would need the help of participants to provide content (descriptions of the events, lists of participants, photos)

interested parties may contact Dan via pm/mail with their content. we're looking for

- location and date
- list of participants
- at least one paragraph describing the events
- tons of photos
