    ok,so i have 500+ posts,and this question looks esspecially bad coming on the heels of my last dumb question but how the heck do you actually change the avatar? do i need to wait for a server database refresh tonight before it realizes? i just cant see the button anywhere. i load up the 'more info' page and it shows a zillion avs,but no custom entry. and their isnt anything in the FAQ,but then it was never designed to be able to help someone like me lol

    Control Panel > Edit Options > Change Avatar > Scroll to the bottom of the page and there should be a "Custom Avatars" section that allows you to link or upload a custom avatar.

    So it looks like you need to click the Change Avatar button - not the "more info..." link.

      Go to Edit options in your profile. Below your avatar image should be a change avatar button.

            this can be closed it works now. i swear it didnt do anything earlier though. thanks for the patience
