Ive written and posted, one section at a time, in multiple threads on the Poly Paradox Games Forum, a long AAR called "Whither Spain" (with various subtitles). I would like to post this material at the Paradox Forums. Would this be a problem? Alternatively I suppose I could just put up links to the Poly threads.

simply because you posted something on our forums doesnt mean that any rights you had on your writng have been transferred to us
so you dont have to ask us about this
if you feel like contributing to the increase of our traffic, linking to the threads would be greatCo-Founder, Apolyton Civilization Site

I think I will link(as well as reposting my material), as there were some interesting comments made by others, and id rather not get into issues with copying THOSE posts. And of course to generate traffic."A person cannot approach the divine by reaching beyond the human. To become human, is what this individual person, has been created for.” Martin Buber

Anything you post over a Paradox is Paradox's property, so if you've posted the AAR there, you'll need their permission to publish it. But I don't think it should be any problem if you just ask them to get a deal. I presume you don't plan to get publish in the near future though, few does.Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God.-Isaiah 41:10

Besides the ability to ban you for no valid reason I do not see how that can possibly be true. One day Canada will rule the world, and then we'll all be sorry.

That means nothing. Some things can not be so easily waivered and copyright to material posted on a publicly accessable bulletin board will almost certainly be one of them, if it was ever challenged in a court of law.One day Canada will rule the world, and then we'll all be sorry.

Dauphin is right. If Paradox tried to enforce it, it'd never hold up in court.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
- John 13:34-35 (NRSV)

Especially when they bury the clause in the middle of an FAQ. They may have half a chance if they made it in large bold red letters on the home page, or at least the first thing you see before you register.(\__/) 07/07/1937 - Never forget
