The worse historical mistake that EU's builders have made, imho, is that in description of Prussia (or Teutonic Knights), they've written that Prussians were a Germanic tribe that's moved into Prussia around VIII century o.s.l.t.
Also, shiite Mamluks... Silesia, Pomerania having German culture in SV century already... eastern Pomerania in Polish hands at the beginning of the game, the relative weakness of the Ottomans etc...
