Well the way I see it is that Mark and Dan no doubt have their own lives and responsibilities. I know I wouldn't have time to run a site like this.

However, why they don't just get more minions I don't know. I am certain if they advertised for new staff members to help with admin stuff like this they would get lots of interest.

Hell, they don't even need to make someone a staff member for this, just "outsource" it to a trustworthy volunteer. If that isn't possible, send the information to two or more people independently and if both come up with the same winners, chances are they are right.

it's not very easy to get new staff. it's a job of it's own. experience has shown that 2/3 people responding to calls of help dont actually do anything after you have spend time talking to them, explaining the job, giving instructions, giving access to proper parts of the site, then waiting for them to do the job and then ending to do it yourself....
