Dunno whether he's changed his nick, but I believe he wasn't a mod before his fairly recent promotion in the Civ3 PBEM forum if that's what you mean.

He's been Rommel3D for ages, at least since the Civ3 forums were still very active.

and yes he be the Mod in the Civ III Pbem forum. You know he is there, yet you get a surprise as he be that one who drops by when least expected

Rommel became mod about the same time (in fact precisely the same time iirc) that the Civ3-PBEM Trackers subforum was created.
