Lifetime PLUS features for regular PLUS users

When can we regular PLUS users expect some of the Lifetime PLUS features? IIRC they already been around for quite a while.

The "show whole post in notification e-mail" feature would be a good start!

I guess I could read the FAQ about PLUS, but let me just ask....
