Leo: any details about how long it will take to restore the backups? And why is DanQ saying things can only be restored to 4 weeks ago; are there not more regular backups?Comment

A human error has occured in this regard. Some data has been lost, but some data not. Backups are currently being used to assist in a restoration process that while it will not be able to put the forum back to the way exactly as it was before the accident, we are not looking at a "clean slate" situation. We are hopeful that this restoration can put us back to a point about 3 1/2 to 4 weeks ago. However, this restoration is a painstaking process so please be patient.
The forum has been re-created and moderator positions have been re-instated. For those concerned about post count/status issues, send a support request through Apolyton's ticket system with as much detail as possible. While your post count number may not be able to be restored (i.e. because you are not certain, verification issues), your title can most likely be.
On behalf of the Apolyton CS staff and administration, we apologize for the inconvenience. More information will be disclosed as the clean-up effort continues.

The graphics showcases, all the scenario WIPs... hopefully they're not lost for good... Why on Earth was only the SLeague forum affected?
Could someone explain to me what the ticket system is, as I lost some 250 posts because of this. I wouldn't care except for the fact I was only 20 odd posts off getting a custom avatar... And considering I only average 1 post every 3 days, it would take me over 2 years to get back to where I was...The forum has been re-created and moderator positions have been re-instated.
