Testing is a virtue. Unfortunately, it is one that must be left for non-Plus posters to try.

IIRC, Special has one banner, but no popups, and Ultra-Special has it the other way around.

However, both styles look the same regarding the top page layout, because something went horribly wrong with the Ultra-Special template once and Markos replaced it with the Special template.
