No, I don't accuse you. Actually I second that in terms of Yahoo! and MSN. vBulletin and sites like Go Daddy have it in an easily readable font. So that's why I at least second image verification.

We only need to go through image verification once, so it isn't like it is a big hoop we are making people jump through. CFC uses image verification in its registration process, I might add. Due to the problems of spambots, image verification is becoming more and more commonplace.

I think if they made them fun like those images that go 3d if you stare cross eyed at them then everyone would love image verification.

First you find something for free and then you charge your own users for getting access to it, Markos.

                  1) I re-registered there not one week ago to find out if my old login was still there. I discovered they had image verification, which I though to be unusual. And relevant to this thread.

                  2) Among the "new to civ" market, recruitment would not be affected by the addition of image verification due to the fact that the "competition" has it already.

Image verification: because it means we don't get to be occasionally amused by spambots

I like the suggestion earlier in the thread, to have the hotmail username in an image.

Markos seems to have picked up quite well the concept of outsourcing.
