SMAC section needs an overhaul

I think that the SMAC section of Apolyton has always been like that, right? Including the "Gamestats" logo and all.

It should be updated and it should follow the same style of the other sections. And this means getting rid of that hideous menu frame.

I agree. The barrier to the transition, unfortunately, is a shortfall in the combination of staff numbers, time and skills.
