How do I tell poly to stop sending me e-mails whenever someone replies to a subscribed thread? I just want to use my subscriptions to keep track of whether PBEMs are moving; I have no use for the e-mails.

Don't subscrib to the other threads you are not interested in.Be good, and if at first you don't succeed, perhaps failure will be back in fashion soon. -- teh Spamski

I've been banned numerous times for blocking @Apolyton.net addresses so I don't get 50 emails a day. But it's a small price to pay for my email accounts to be useful.
In other words: there's nothing you can do.

I believe in most email accounts you can create a filter of some type... just have the filter search for the word "Apolyton" in the "From" field, and "Reply" (IIRC) in the "Title" field... if both are true, then throw to the binThis space is empty... or is it?

I suggest you configure your mail client to delete all emails from support at apolyton dot net
I also use subscribed threads for PBEMs, but I don't mind the e-mails. I only have 3 active PBEMs
