The Altera Centauri collection has been brought up to date by Darsnan. It comprises every decent scenario he's been able to find anywhere on the web, going back over 20 years.

Yup. This kind of thing has been discussed before. When the system is under load conditions, some things do not get immediately updated. But Settler usually manages to catch up eventually.
