back in the day I used to know a lot of people's obscure logins...

nowadays though... the site's too big. Ah well, here I go rambling again...

The New Inductees

EL AWRENCE
Formerly known as Hodad, this Spanish Section Apolytoner was quite active in all of the Civ II sections and contributior to the Diplomacy games forum. He also frequented the OT in 2000 and provided fun in debates and other activities therein. He was also one of the founding members of the Spanish Civilization Forum. In recent years he has been most active in that section.

SPIFFOR
Civ3 player and all round nice OT Regular. Also French

SOLO
Solo has long been active in CivII strategy forum and is the author of the Early Landing Strategy Guide. In addition to that, he discovered 16 turn city cycles governing automatic changes in city commodity supply and demand lists, and discovered numerous techniques to manipulate city commodity supply and demand, along with other strategic contributions to the Civ II community.

[Ming]

Hey DC... the two votes for Happysunshine should be added to Malevolent Light (aka Eyes of Night)

He does change his name often

[GeoModder]

Double posting this, but to be sure:

Darkcloud: you sure my votes are added? Don't see my name in the list of 'who voted for who'.

Between the lines that so reads as "All round nice guy despite being French".

Viktor

[Skanky Burns]

Victah.

[DrGerry]

I don't know much people in Poly, but El Awrence is my friend

[joncha]

Congrats to all three inductees.

[DarkCloud]

Hey DC... the two votes for Happysunshine should be added to Malevolent Light (aka Eyes of Night)

whew. fixed that !

GeoModder... apparently not, I have no idea how I skipped you and coutned everyone before and after you in that thread. ops: this brings the total # of people's votes I missed to 3... hopefully no more than that...

Actually Dauphin...

Here's the official final writeup...

Spiffor Civ3 player and all round nice OT Regular. Also French... and you know how hard it is to find a respectable Frenchman...

[BigFree]

Were my votes given too late to be included?

Congrats to those that made it.

[DarkCloud]

fixed that bigfree. also another announcement.

Apparently with the missed votes and an accidental mistype/addition in alexman's totals- he is also elected in this hall...

Thankfully though, this isn't that bad a mistake since Spiffor and El Awrence tied for third place.

Apologies to the mistakes and congratulations to the newest member-

(here's a tenative writeup)

alexman
Reknowned for his excellent civ III contributions, Alexman is a permanent fixture of the Civ III community and is generally considered a strategic Guru due to his essential formulae.

Here's the full totals
1. alexman [16] (48) 64--128
2. Solo- [29] (42) 45---117
3. El Awrence- [35] (36) 45---116
3. Spiffor- [34] (39) 43---116

[Unspeakable Horror]

But El Awrence and Spiffor are still in right? We didn´t do all the "congratulations" posts and for nothing, RIGHT?
