Btw I was thinking that if the load level that the server experiences and can tolerant stay constant, and that the Plus members do not get server busy messages, that would imply the more PLUS member there are, the more busy messages a non PLUS member would encounter.

Yup, but I think there are only about 90 members, so I'm not sure they have that much impact.
