Too many topped threads!

something must be done. Whatcha think? At least the picture thread is de-topped. And the problem isn't only in Apolyton/Community, but other areas as well.

In fact, I'm okay with all the topped threads in Apolyton/Community. The owners should be able to top their own threads . But it's threads created by average posters that are topped, I dislike
