  • new version of MY THREADS feature

We've got a new version of the My Threads feature running

The company that sold us the solution says in the brochure that it's supposed to be faster than other solutions

Test it out and let us know in this thread

The new version comes with different limits on how many threads you see(our guess is this is where the speed increase come )

Registered users can see 40 threads per page and a total of 120 threads and Apolyton PLUS members 100 threads per page for a total of 500 threads

if you want to see all the threads you posted in, you can try a Search by Username in the search page http://apolyton.net/forums/search.php

That's at least what a developer of the Apolyton Labs told me when i asked him

good, but can you increase the pages-list?

            it's currently:
            ( [] 1 2 3 4 ... Last page ) - Reply

            i'd prefer:
            ( [] 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 ... Last page ) - Reply

but more important: IN the thread view it's currently like this:
            pages (9): [ << 3 4 5 >> ] [pulldown] [go]

this would be better for tabbed browsing:
            pages (9): [ << 2 3 4 5 6 >> ] [pulldown] [go]
            or even:
            pages (9): [ 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 >> ] [pulldown] [go]

i know one can access any page with the pulldown. but i quite like opening multiple pages pages in different tabs for reading, looking for something or looking up for summarizing. (btw: CFC displays more too)

shouldn't it be "CFC shows 7, so we'll show 9?"

and just before you said the CFC argument would half the chance of this being done

where has actually the "unsubscribe" link of each thread gone to? it used to be right next to the "reply" link?
