'Fileswapper' a File Swapping Utility and Launcher needs testing

I've just finished the beta release of Fileswapper, which can be found over here:

In the AC Creation fourms

I would love it if people from various Windows OS's would test it out. Also, if it proves stable, where should I send it? Would something like this be worthy of being a community utility? Should it go on the internet at large? If it should join the other Apolyton utilites, how does one submit that?

Edit: Oh, forgot to mention that I am aware of the Civswap and Modswapper utilites, but I think this is more generalized.

Edit: I'm so cross-eyed from this project that I mis-named it. It's Fileswatter, because all the other names are taken and that can be changed around to Flieswatter -S
