Would it be possible to have a mousepad with a blue background (same color as picture), and have this logo top-center?

I also had another idea, though I couldn't do it myself:

Having a Civ3 mousepad, with a few of those classic texts "random" placed on the mousepad (text as "Conseqenses SmoCan'tSpellIt" and "My words are backed... blah blah"), while also having all special units scattered around... probably on a white background

Would something like this be possible?

Not sure if I would use that one myself... it's just an idea...

you can get "full bleed" (as soon above)
the image should be 9.5x8 inches with at least 100 dpi quality

Can't say I'm familiar with inches... what would that be in resolution?
