You are far from alone in that belief.
Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

Bit of a rant here. After almost a day of listening to nalysis of Bears game I agree that Bears still need work. Interestingly, many of the false start penalties on the line were interior, not the tackles. For the most part the pass protection was fine, but need to open more holes for run game. Caleb needs to hit those long open passes as well.
However, I think it came down to two plays. The record setting FG at the end of the half (which was effectively the game winner). The second was the phantom holding call against Bears which broadcasters and others agreed was a bad call . Instead of continuing drive and getting at least an easier FG they have to try a 50 yard one. Big swing in the game.
BTW, if we can talk about bad penalties by a year we should be able to discuss bad referees!

The Bears' offense was pathetic after the opening drive.
Main culprit: 12 penalties for over 120 yds. Were a couple of them bad calls? Sure.
But, bottom line: The Bears are not good enough to overcome that.

If Matt Stafford's back doesn't fall off, the Rams will be ok.

Amazingly, Cleveland is sticking with their 2-miss FG kicker in Week 2. Dude straight-up cost them the game vs Cinci.
Meanwhile, the 49ers won and fired their kicker anyway.

My Son in Law had the best line during the Cleveland game (he is a die hard Browns fan) I texted him after the second miss and asked when they were going to get a new kicker, and his response was... "Hopefully during the commercial break"
