 The Jets have the lowest bar for success, having not been in a playoff game since 2010. They have a strong defense and decent overall talent on the roster.
 
 Glenn's chances of winning a Super Bowl in that organization ain't great, but all he has to do is get them into *one* post-season game in order to be deemed a good choice.
