how come JR gets a 919 rating with a lifetime .573 winning %age and Ming only a 913 with a lifetime .599 winning %age

EDIT: The rating is very influenced by this year's performance, thats the reason why.

For me this year was first time ever ALL my teams (4) went to the Finals...but I then proceeded to lose 3 of those 4 finals

I was in 4 leagues, and made the upper bracket in 2 of them. Lost both finals, so it's just 2 silvers for me in '17.
