Well Yahoo dropped their Salary Cap League.
Most of the other Free ones ding you in trades eventually.
The ESPN one that we didn't like is back but they offer two options
1. Regular salary cap with a floating cap. never a big fan since the rich get richer
2. More survivor type. No cap but you only get to use a player once.

Any thoughts, or our their any other true free leagues out there?

I like option 2. Option 1 they never do a competent job at managing the prices. Having to decide which week to use a guy, like in fantasy golf, seems intriguing to me.
