Yikes, I feel bad for Cincy. Week 15 he crushed the single season record for both Runs and Home Runs, yet had the misfortune of being up against Berz who beat him by one in each category. But it seems all our best week stats are thrown off by the extended post all star week.

Pedroia went 2-for-4 with a home run Sunday in Boston's 4-3 loss to Toronto.

Recommendation: The Red Sox may be slumping, but their second baseman isn't. Pedroia is hitting .346 (51-for-147) since the beginning of August sloww cut him..
