No I meant women. It's men's soccer, not male's soccer, so why would it be FEMALES?

Did he post in this thread? Don't you think it would be better to jab at him in a thread that he might actually be following? dude...

I'm betting he has seen it. If not, oh well, +1.

A little testy today? What, are the stop lights still out in the neighborhood?

They were finally fixed this morning, but yeah, yesterday it was still a mess.

Yep they hung in there to win. The US should have never let them stay close. Congrats to Japan.

Congratulations to Japan. The last goal was nice. I watched the highlights which is my preferred way of watching the women's game. The goals are sometimes just as good as when the men play. I'm half-serious but that was really my first thought when I saw the cracking goals Sweden scored when they took the bronze off France. When I watch it live they can't even string two passes together.

Anyway, speaking of US-Brazil I heard the officiating was really embarrassing with a non-existent red card+penalty shot for Brazil's first goal. Earlier in Australia-Eq.Guinea there was an unbelievable non-call. The regular world cup always has terrible referees. Seems the women's event took that sorry tradition to a whole new level:
