You're a fan of winning, not of sport.

Post-game emotions really. Things are different once you get over it. It's possible to like a sport as a neutral, but more interesting if you want a team to win - either because you support them or because you've a bet on.

My team has won nothing for years. If I was only interested in winning, I wouldn't still be going to see them.

Ah, temporary emotional reaction. Got it.

As a Chicago Cubs fan, I know exactly what you mean.

Shocking ref, but still would've been a mugging if you'd beaten them.

Also how much of a tit is Guardiola? It's not even his team.

They certainly gubbed us in the first half, but they tend to tire in the last 20 minutes, and we scored two late goals against them in both of the last home legs. With Cesc and RvP playing with injuries, and the hopeless Rosicky & Diaby in for Walcott and Song, we just didn't have a strong enough team. However, with 11 v 11 in the last 20 mins, we might have got a couple of goals.

Whenever we dominate play against a side who successfully parks the bus and they get something out of the game, then they are praised for defending successfully. This time the boot was on the other foot but we got no credit for running them as close as we did. Had Bendtner not fluffed his lines....
