You're talking about probably the number 1 and number 2 goaltenders in the history of the game. Unfortunately for you, his numbers stack up superior to Roy in the regular season through age 31. Playoffs? No, but then that's because Roy was the greatest money goalie in the game. Dryden included.
You were talking about him as top 5 of all time-- Those two are probably the only two goalies of the last 15 years who pretty universally make that list. Unless you plan to ignore the greats of yesteryear, Luongo has to be at least close to these guys and he is NOT.
Oh and comparing Roys and Luongos sv % is foolish unless you managed to adjust for the average sv % over their careers. Roy played in some very high scoring days to my recollection and that has to be considered

Again not really Luongos fault but he could have been stiffer or more agressive instead of allowing the pushthrough. He hasn't been bad but he hasnt made the saves when they needed him to
