    NFL Play-Offs Pick 'em

    This is Bartender's post from the Lombardi thread, I figured it deserved a thread of its own. I'll be posting the picks others made in that thread and my own later.

    Play-Off picks

    Saints(-11) @ Seahawks

    Jets @ Colts(-3)

    Ravens(-3) @ Chiefs

                  Maybe because it's late and I'm retarded but I'm changing my pick.

                  Seahawks over Saints. Seahawks will win. I'm just thinking about that Madden curse (guess who's on the cover?), the fact that only the Patriots have won a playoff game after playing in the SB in many years, the way Cleveland and Arizona smacked NO around this year, the way 9-7 Arizona went to the Super Bowl, how the injuries to Thomas and Ivory play right into the hands of Seattle's biggest defensive weakness... I'm just saying... I really could imagine Leon Washington taking one to the house, Brees throwing a pick six to a defensive lineman, Pete Carroll calling some unorthodox plays that throw even Sean Payton and Greg Williams off, and Hasselbeck hitting Obamanu or Mike Williams on one of those Saints corner blitzes. It's not completely impossible. And it would make me feel a lot better about the Giants if the Seahawks showed they belonged in the postseason.
