You can't tell anything from that video because they both started fighting immediately, We'd need to see the plays before this one to see what started the fight.

    • It wasn't both immediately. Johnson was accosted and immediately responded though.

      • Finnegan's always been, um, physical. But boy, Andre really lost his cool.

        • In the seconds before Sunday's ugly brawl between Tennessee Titans cornerback Cortland Finnegan and Houston Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson, Finnegan grabbed the attention of the Texans' sideline and shouted, "Watch this," according to the Houston Chronicle on Monday.

The Chronicle, citing witnesses who observed the exchange, claims Finnegan yelled to the Texans' bench just before the snap of the ball and the ensuing fight, which came midway through the fourth quarter of the Texans' [sic] 20-0 win.

          • Oh and Steve Johnson

You always see athletes thanking God for their successes but never one blaming God for their failures

I was curious to see where Steve Johnson was drafted (7th round of 2008 draft) and I noticed that that 7th round, along with a lot of undrafted players from that year, produced a lot of young stars that are making an impact now, including Steve Johnson, Peyton Hillis, Mike Tolbert, Danny Woodhead, Benjarvus Green-Ellis, Devone Bess, NE LB Gary Guyton, and Pierre Garcon (a compensatory 6th rounder).

              • Remember, Imran, he's a 7th round pick. He's making $470K this year which is a lot to you and me but he's underpaid for a guy playing the way he is (796 yards and 9 TD's so far).

                • I'm sorry, but I'm not crying for a guy who makes $470k a year when otherwise he'd be lucky to make $50k.

                    • Johnson's been outstanding the past 6 weeks or so, and very reliable until this.

The drop was a pretty easy one, too. Maybe God had the under.

                          • Holy ****. Brian Westbrook is still alive! 22 carries, 135 yards and a TD as of early in the 4th quarter. And oddly, 0 catches?

                            • The 49ers have so far ran the ball 45 times for 260 yards with 6 different players getting at least 1 carry.

Too bad Gore got hurt. He would have had a field day.
